Nutrition, and Getting Over Depression

Many people struggle to overcome depression daily. Your depression could be a result of leakage of daily dose of Omega three oils, also foods you eat could affect your mood and contribute to depression rather than help prevent it. Doctors estimated that the daily dose of Omega three oils is 1 tablespoonful of flax oil or other oil containing Omega three.

So getting your daily dose of Omega three prevents depression and reduces your need for drugs.
We can prevent depression by many other ways, as:
Eating fruits ,vegetables ,whloe grains which are fiber rich foods.
Taking multivitamin nutrient. Its deficiency may cause depression, your daily vitamins must contain zinc,B6,B12 ,folic acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C and E.
Reduce your sugar, alcohol intake….and the most important thing to do is to stop smoking….this way may look like a depressing way, but give it time and you will pass through it.
Doctors recommend 5 hydroxytroptophan (5-HTP) and Ginkgo Balboa in case you are over 50.
As all experts recommend lessening stress and exercising for half an hour three times a week, we should take away any negative ideas and sick to positive thinking.
Before changing anything in your prescription drug intake, you ought to ask your doctor.
Remember, your mental health is valuable enough to care for it!
